Paula Ogden knows what it takes to relocate, because she did it herself — trading Michigan for the North Carolina coast in 2009 and building a life and a career here from the ground up. With a background spanning large-scale property management and industrial manufacturing, Paula became a licensed broker in 2016 and founded Metro to Coast Real Estate in December 2021. Today she serves buyers, sellers, and relocating families across Brunswick County, the Cape Fear region, and coastal South Carolina — bringing the same drive and discipline to every transaction that defined her career before real estate.
